What is proposed?

The Licensing Act (2003)

Take notice that PM NIGHTS LIMITED has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence for 24 Harrington Street, Liverpool L2 9QA, for the following: Film, indoor sporting events, live (e) & recorded music (f), performances of dance (g), anything of a similar description to e, f & g, and the retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises from Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 02:00 hours and Friday & Saturday from 09:00 until 03:00 hours the following day. A record of the application can be viewed by appointment by ringing 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment or view online at liverpool. gov.uk/licensingrepresentations. 

Representation can be made via the above website or by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 13th of February 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of which is unlimited on summary conviction.
