NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
Petty Sessions District of Londonderry
County Court Division of Northern Ireland sitting at Londonderry
TAKE NOTICE that GARY BLYTHE of 26 Dervock Place, Derry BT47 2AT, intends at the Magistrate’s Court sitting at Courthouse, Bishop Street, Londonderry on the 13th February 2025 at 10.00 a.m. to apply for the transfer to him of a licence at present held by Sean Jackson of 19 Thornhill Park, Derry for the premises at 58/60 Ferguson Street, Derry being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1)(a) being premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising Gary Blythe to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 9th day of December 2024 for the period of 6 months from the date of the order.
I am the owner of the business to be carried on under the licence.
The owner of the premises is Sean Jackson.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
