APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of B&M Store (Former Wilko), Unit 47A
Crossgates Centre, Leeds LS15 8EU to allow off sales of
alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a
week. Responsible authorities or any other persons (within
the meaning of the Act) may make written representations
to Leeds City Council by no later than 7 February 2025.
Representations should be sent to: Entertainment Licensing,
Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR. For

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application punishable on
