NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APREMISES LICENCE

Name of Applicant: Josh Clarke
Name and Address of Premises Original Gravity, 477a Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield, S40 3AD. has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on on or from the premises are: Daily 1000 – 2300 sale of alcohol on and off, live and recorded music.

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council must do so no later than 7th February 2025 and such representations must be made in writing and addressed to The Licensing Section, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield S40 1LP.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
