NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Calderdale Metropolitan Borough
Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Halifax
Road, Brighouse, HD6 1EF.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of
alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the
week between 06:00 and 00:00. Applications may be
viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make
representations regarding the application where they
believe that the proposed activities would undermine any
of the four licensing objectives. Written representations can
be made to the Licensing Unit, Calderdale Metropolitan
Borough Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ at any time
up to and including 11th February 2025.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may
do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
