Notice is hereby given that Richard Carlos Borozcky & Maria Vicente Of Hispania tapas on 9/01/2025 Have made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence / Club Premises Certificate
* in respect of the premises situate at and known as Tea 149 Plymouth Market, Cornwall Street, Plymouth PL11PS
The relevant licensable activities / relevant qualifying club activities * are as follows:...Sale of alcoholic drinks with food to eat in place. From 9.00hrs to 16.00hrs on Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000. This notice must be kept exhibited for not less than 28 consecutive days from the day after the application date.
