Take notice that we, Mowgli Street Food Limited, do hereby give notice that we have applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence for a premises known as Mowgli Street Food 12-14 Dukes Lane, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1BG, for the following: An abbreviation of the name on the Premises Licence to 'Mowgli', the retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises (until midnight), late-night refreshment on/off the premises (until midnight) and an extension of the commencement and terminal hours for operation & opening as follows & opening from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 until 00:30 hours the following day. Any person who desires to make a representation to this variation, should send to EHLIicensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 30/01/2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of their objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
