The Gambling Act 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Away Resorts Ltd of the
following address: The Maylands Building 200 Maylands
Avenue Hemel Hempstead Herts HP2 7TG are applying
under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a
Bingo Premises Licence issued under that Act. The
application relates to the following premises: Mill Rythe
Holiday Park 16 Havant Road Hayling Island Hampshire
PO11 0PB. The application is to vary the licence as follows:
To approve alterations to the filed plan. The application has
been made to: Havant Borough Council, Public Service
Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant PO9 2AX
