NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT FOR NORTHERN IRELAND
NORTH EASTERN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT DIVISION
SITTING AT LAGANSIDE
TAKE NOTICE that we JAR (IRE) Ltd (company number NI615460) having its registered office at 143 Ballyskeagh Road, Dunmurry, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT17 9LL intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Laganside, Oxford Street, Belfast BT1 3LL on 4th February 2025 at 10.30am to apply for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by Glen Park Belfast Ltd whose registered office is at 14 Ardoyne Avenue, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT14 7DA for the premises situated at and known as The Glenpark, 12-18 Ardoyne Avenue, Belfast being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1)(a) – premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising JAR (IRE) Ltd (company number NI615460) having its registered office at 143 Ballyskeagh Road, Dunmurry, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT17 9LL to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 24th December 2024 by the Magistrates Court at Laganside, Oxford Street, Belfast BT1 3LL for the period of six months from the date of the order.
JAR (IRE) Ltd, a limited liability company, is the owner of the business carried on under the licence, of whom the following are directors: Paul Martin Camplisson and Gareth Rory Nethercott.
The owner of the premises is JAR (Ire) Ltd (company number NI615460).
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
Take notice that any person owning, residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises who intends to object to the application must serve notice on the Applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions not less than seven days before 4th February 2025.
