What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to East Suffolk Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, North Quay Retail Park, Lowestoft, NR32 2ED.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

  1. The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays.
  2. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, East Suffolk Council, East Suffolk House, Riduna Park, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 1RT or Riverside, 4 Canning Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0EQ or by email to licensing@eastsuffolk.gov.uk no later than 15 January 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of East Suffolk Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.eastsuffolk.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
