What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: AMT Coffee, Stoke On Trent Railway Station, Station Road, Stoke On Trent, ST4 2AA.

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Stoke On Trent Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 08.00 until 23.00 daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to Licensing Services, c/o The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke on Trent, ST1 6QN, telephone 01782 232774, fax 01782 232773, email: hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by 17 January 2025.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.stoke.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
