What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Fresh Feast Restaurant, 44 Artillery Lane, London, E1 7LS

Notice is given Fresh Feast Hospitality Ltd has applied to Tower Hamlets Council for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

  • Play live music 1200-2200
  • Play recorded music 1100-2200
  • Making music 1200-2200
  • Supply of alcohol 1200-2200

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to:

Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than: 30th January 2025.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.towerhamlets.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
