O’Donnell Moonshine Ltd, Lower Mall Kiosk 12, Victoria Shopping Centre, Nottingham, NG1 3QN (Opposite Mr. Pretzel, Superdrug)

I Shane Human on behalf of O’Donnell Moonshine have applied to Nottingham City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The licensable activities proposed to be carried on from the premises are as follows:

Retail Sale of alcohol for offsite consumption during the hours of Monday to Saturday 9am - 9pm and Sundays 11am - 5pm. 

Small free samples will also be provided to try before purchase. 

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham NG1 6HS between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment. 

Responsible Authorities or any other person can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 20th January 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
