Notice of application for Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Grace Land (Camden) Limited has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 17/12/2024 for a new premises licence for 2-3 Greenland Place, London, NW1 0AP.

The proposed application is to permit the provision of Plays, Film, Recorded Music, Live Music, Performance of Dance and Anything Similar and Sale by Retail of Alcohol Monday-Tuesday 10:00-01:00, Wednesday-Thursday 10:00-02:00, Friday-Saturday 10:00-03:00 and Sunday 10:00-02:00 and late night refreshment Monday-Tuesday 23:00-01:00, Wednesday-Thursday 23:00-02:00, Friday-Saturday 23:00-03:00 and Sunday 23:00-02:00 such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14/01/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE. Or online at www.camden.gov.uk.

Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can view the applications at the above address.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
