NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A BINGO
PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Mecca Bingo Limited of the
following address: TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead,
SL6 8BN is applying under section 187(1)(c) of the
Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence
issued under the Gambling Act 2005.
The application relates to the following premises: Mecca
Bingo Club, Westgate Retail Park, Charlesworth Way,
Wakefield, WF2 9SE. The proposed variation is to seek
approval of the plan submitted with the application, which
can be viewed upon request, to extend the licensed area to
include an extension of the smoking shelter. The application
has been made to: Licensing Office, Wakefield Council,
Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield,

Information about the application is available from the
licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing
the details of the application. Any of the following persons
may make representations in writing to the licensing
authority about the application: A person who lives
sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected
by the authorised activities; A person who has business
interests that might be affected by the authorised activities;
A person who represents someone in any of the above two
categories. Any representations must be made by the
