APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited
has applied to North Northamptonshire Council on
20 December 2024 for the grant of a Premises Licence in
respect of B&M Store, (Former Wilko), 1 Eaton Walk,
Rushden NN10 9SH to allow off sales of alcohol and
opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.
Any representation must be made by writing to: North
Northamptonshire Council, Regulatory Services
Licensing Administration, Thrapston Offices, Cedar
Drive, Thrapston NN14 4LZ or by email to:
Licensingunit.ENC@northnorthants.gov.uk by 17 January
2025. The application may be viewed on the councils’
licensing register at www.northnorthants.gov.uk or by
appointment at the above offices. To attend the offices
please email: licensingunit.ENC@northnorthants.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
