What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Georgica Limited in respect of Premises known as Harpurhey Tenpin, Unit 1 Harpurhey Shopping Centre (Lee Road), Rochdale Road, Harpurhey, Manchester, M9 4DH applied to Manchester City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. 

To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant to show reconfiguration of layout of ground and first floor as shown on the plans including small extension to licensed trade areas on both floors, reconfiguration of bowling area including reducing number of lanes and ramp to bowling area (relocated), reconfiguration & relocation of fixed seating, toilets, bar/reception counter, karaoke rooms, kitchen, laser tag area and Houdini rooms as shown on the plans. 

Note - No change to existing licensable activities and permitted hours. See application and plans submitted to the council for full details. 

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than 17 January 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
