Top Valley Way - Application To Vary The Premises Licence

What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Nottingham City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Tuck & Tanner at 6 Top Valley Way, Nottingham, NG5 9DD.

The application includes the following terms:- 

1. To vary the hours of the licensable activities which are films, sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and the sale of alcohol (both on and off) to 03:00 on Friday and Saturday.

2. To enable the provision of late night refreshment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol. 

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH. 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15 January 2025 (www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
