What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Tewkesbury Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as wagamama, Unit 68-69, Cotswolds Designer Outlet, Platinum Drive, Tewkesbury, GL20 7FY.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.
Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:30 hours the following day Monday to Sunday.
Opening hours from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours the following day Monday to Sunday.
Non-standard timing on New Year’s Eve: from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT or by email to licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk no later than 17th January 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Tewkesbury Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.tewkesbury.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
