The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). An online summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between 20/12/2024 and 16/01/2025 to Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, DY2 8JW.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
