LICENSING NOTICE

Clive Jones is applying to vary the Premises Licence for 57 Bridge Street, Usk, Monmouthshire, NP15 1BQ.

The Licence if granted is to enable the Following Activities to take place: Extension of current hours premises are open to public; the sale of consumption of alcohol on/off the premises; Late night Refreshment; playing of Live/Recorded Music and anything with similar description falling within the relevant category.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this Application may do so in writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, Abergavenny Community Education Centre, old Hereford Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6EL. Representation may be made 28 consecutive days from the date of this Notice.

A copy of the application for grant of the above Licence is kept by the Licensing Section. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except Bank Holidays at the Councils Hubs/County Hall, Usk by prior arrangement in writing to the address above.

A copy of the application is also available to view online at www.monmouthshire.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
