What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
(Bradford Culture Company Limited) applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on (19/12/2024) for a licence to use the premises at Loading Bay Arts Centre, 1 Duke Street, Bradford, BD1 3QR for the sale by retail of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment between 07:00 and 01:00.
Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford BD7 1PU by 17th January 2025.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 16:30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
