LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to York City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activity is: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00 until 23.00 daily.

The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, lames Street, York, YOI0 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council, Licensing Services, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Email licensing@vork.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than 13 January 2025, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after tne application is made. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
