An application has been made by Dark Peak Soul Ltd for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: Open House, Main Road, HATHERSAGE, S32 1BB to allow the following activities to take Place: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption On and Off the Premises Monday – Sunday 11:00 – 23:00 hrs

Representations can be made IN WRITING between: 14/12/2024 and 10/01/2025 and must contain the full name, address and contact number of the person making the representation and may be posted to: Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 3NN. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
