LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th December 2024 Valiant Asset Company
1 Limited applied to Somerset Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Queens Head Hotel, Holloway Street, Minehead TA24 5NR. The proposed variation is;- 1. To vary the opening times to commence at 08:00. 2. To vary the sale of alcohol hours to commence at 09:00.
3. Amend Non-standard times accordingly. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR no later than 15th January 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Somerset Council the record of the application may be inspected on our website: https://www.somerset.gov.uk/business- economy-and-licences/licensing/recent- licence-applications/ Alternatively, a copy is kept by; The Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
