LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sivafingam Surendraraj has applied to Castle Point Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at: Kuveny Express, 78 High Street, Canvey, SS8 7SQ

To permit for the licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol off the premises from: Mon-Sun 08:00-23:00

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 08/01/2025. A copy of the application can be viewed at the council offices during working hours or on the website www.castlepoint.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to Castle Point Borough Council, Council Offices, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex SS7 1TF licensing@castlepoint.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
