I/WE: Mr Wasel Al-Muntaser Have Applied to: Liverpool City Council for a New Premises Licence for: 29 Berry Street, Liverpool L1 9DF Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (10:00-04:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/ her representation by: 13th January 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH OR email: LicensingAct2003@ liverpool.gov.uk

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.liverpool.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
