Premises: Aneesas Buffet Restaurant, 2 Forster Street, Newcastle, NE1 2NH
Notice is given that Tyne Doc Ltd applied to Newcastle City Council on 16/12/2024 for a (Premises Licence) for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-
Selling of alcohol for consumption on site only on the following days:
Monday - Friday 16.00hrs - 22.00hrs
Saturday - Sunday 12.00hrs - 22.00hrs
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH
Representations must be received by: 13th January 2025

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
