What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that ANTULA CITA having applied for a premises licence in respect of premises known as ADC HODDESDON, 55A HIGH STREET, HODDESDON, EN11 8TQ

The application is as follows: The sale of alcohol (off the premises) Monday to Sunday bewteen 09:00 and 23:00 hours

The application was lodge with the Council on 13/12/2024 and any representation must be made in writing to the abobe email address by 10/01/2025

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
