What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: Application for variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Twickenham Green Taverns Ltd has applied to the Oxford City Council on 13th December 2024 for variation of the premises licence for the premises known as Angel and Greyhound situated at 30, St Clements Street, Oxford, OX4 1AB The proposed application is to permit

1. The extension of the hours for the sale of alcohol from Midnight or 01.00 a.m on notable days as defined in the licence to 02.00 daily

2. To permit the provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23.00 - 02.00 daily.

This application can be inspected by appointment at The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Town Hall, St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 1BX to make an appointment by email licensing@oxford.gov.uk (between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday) or on the website at: https://www.oxford.gov.uk/directory/15/current_licence_applications. Any representations to our application must be made in writing to the above address and must relate to one or more of the Licensing Objectives: (1) The prevention of crime and disorder, (2) public safety, (3) the prevention of public nuisance, (4) the protection of children from harm by 10th January 2025 (this is 28 days from the day following the application having been submitted). All representations will be available for public inspection (other than an application for a provisional statement). Anonymous representations will not be considered.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
