Application for a Premises Licence (under section 17)

Notice is given that an application has been made to Bridgend County Borough Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence Amanda Lloyd, No 32 Cocktail & Tapas Bar 32 John Street, Porthcawl, Bridgend, CF36 3BA

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:

The Sale by Retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Sunday to Thursday 1000 to 0000 hours: Friday and Saturday 1000 to 0100 hours. Non-standard timings

Elvis Festival (yearly) 0900 to 0130 Bank Holidays and Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays 0800 to 1230. New Year's Eve 1000 to 0200. Provision of Live and Recorded Music: Sunday to Thursday 0800 to 0000 hours: Friday and Saturday 0800 to 0100 hours.

Non standard timings

Elvis Festival (yearly) 0900 to 0200 Bank Holidays and Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays 0800 to 0100 New Year's Eve 0800 to 0200.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Bridgend County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend CF31 4WB between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@bridgend.gov.uk by 8 January 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
