Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence
The Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op Welcome, 83 Hunter Avenue,
Willesborough, Ashford, Kent TN24 0HG to vary the times when sale of alcohol may take place for consumption off the
premises from Monday-Saturday 08:00-23:00, Sunday 10:00 – 22:30 to Monday to Sunday 07:00-22:00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Section, Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL Or by email to licensing@ashford.gov. uk by midnight on 17 January 2025. The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or www.ashford.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
