What is proposed?

Take notice that MERSEY VIEW LEISURE LTD., has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence for 35 Regent Road, Waterfront North, Liverpool L5 9SR, for the following: Plays, film, indoor sporting events, boxing & wrestling, live (e) & recorded music (f), performances of dance (g), anything of a similar description to e, f & g, late-night refreshment and the retail sale of alcohol on/ off the premises from Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 01:00 hours and Friday & Saturday from 09:00 until 03:00 hours.
A record of the application can be viewed by appointment by ringing 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment or view online at liverpool. gov.uk/licensingrepresentations. Representation can be made via the above website or by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 15th of January 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of which is unlimited on summary conviction.
