What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Pasta Boi Ltd applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 16 December 2024 for a variation of the premises licence at Solina, The Empire, Grand Parade, Bath, BA2 4DF.
To amend the premises plans and minor changes to conditions attached to the licence.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.
Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 13 January 2025
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
