What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Market Town Taverns
Limited to the Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council
(www.leeds.gov.uk/licensing) for a Premises Licence for
the Arcadia Ale & Wine Bar at 34 Headingley Central,
Otley Road, Leeds, LS6 2UE. The application includes the
following terms: 1. To enable the sale of alcohol Sunday to
Thursday 10.00 to 23.00 and Friday to Saturday 10.00
to 00.00 (midnight) with the premises closing to the
public 30 minutes thereafter. Responsible authorities or
any other person may make written representations
to Leeds City Council about this application until
10th January 2025 which should be sent to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk. For full details

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
