We Fifty North Ltd- Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence.
What is proposed?
We FIFTY NORTH LTD give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence.
The application is to cover a ‘Spring Ball’ event for approx. 3000 persons attendance (max 4999) persons event over the Easter 2025 weekend consisting of live and recorded music & sale of alcohol, late night refreshment.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@ cornwall.gov.uk not later than 09 January 2025
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
