FOR A PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED
Notice is hereby given that Axtivity Lounge Ltd
(16042246) has applied on this day 11 December 2024 to
Peterborough City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence to permit: The retail sale of alcohol on and off
Sunday to Wednesday from - 10:00 until 00:30 Thursday
to Saturday from - 10:00 until 02:30. Live and recorded
music Sunday to Wednesday from - 10:00 until 00:30
Thursday to Saturday from - 10:00 until 02:30. Late night
refreshment – Sunday to Wednesday from - 23:00 until
00:30 Thursday to Saturday from - 23:00 until 02:30. Open
to the public Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00 until 01:00
Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 until 03:00 for the
premises known as: Axtivity Restaurant & Bar Situated at:
42 Broadway, Peterborough, PE1 1RS. Any person who
wishes to make a representation in relation to this
application must give notice in writing to: Peterborough
City Council - Licensing Section, Sand Martin House,
Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough PE2 8TY.
Representations in respect of this application must reach
the Licensing Authority no later than 08 January 2025
stating the grounds for making said representation. The
register and a record of the application can be inspected on
the Council's website https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/
business/licences-and-permits/licensing-public-register or
by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for a premises licence
and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an
offence is unlimited.
