NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISE LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT application has been made by
Kyra Enterprises Limited t/a McDonald’s on 11th
December 2024 to Peterborough City Council for a
premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Lincoln
Road, Glinton, Peterborough, PE6 7JR for the provision of
late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00
until 00:00. Anyone wishing to make representations
concerning this application should do so in writing to:-
Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin
House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough,
PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this application
must reach the Licensing Authority by 8th January 2025.
Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of the
application may do so by attending the office of the
Licensing Section during office hours, Monday to Friday
inclusive.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is
unlimited.
