Notice of application for a Club Premises Certificate Variation
Notice is hereby given that Maddocks Sports and Social Club have applied for
the variation of a Club Premises Certificate at Maddocks Sports and Social
Club, Church Street, Oakengates, Telford, TF2 6BU to vary the current club
premises certificate by varying the current licensable activities and times and
amend the plans as stated in the application.

The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing
Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Granville House, St Georges Road,
Donnington Wood, TF2 7RA. Please contact Licensing to make an
appointment on licensing@telford.gov.uk .
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may
do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the
representation no later than 3 rd January 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a
maximum fine of £5,000.
