What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003:
Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Henley Retail RL Limited has applied to Cannock Chase District Council for the variation of the Premises Licence for One Stop, 2 Elmore Lane, Rugeley, Staffordshire WS15 2DL.
The proposed application is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 00:00 until 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays, and also to replace the current Conditions with those attached to the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation before 8th January 2025 stating the ground for making said representation to: Licensing Unit, Cannock Chase District Council, PO Box 28,Civic Centre, Beecroft Road, Cannock WS11 1BG. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed at the above address for the Licensing Unit.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
