TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Mr Aydin Unat Does hereby give notice that on 11 December 2024 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a grocery store/supermarket to be known as: 'Aydo - International Supermarkets' 38-42 Portland Road, Worthing, BN11 1QN.
The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: The Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premise:
10:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday – Saturday & 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs Sunday.
Provision of Late-Night Refreshment: 23:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday – Saturday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk post: A&W Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA.
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 08 January 2025

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
