Notice of Application for Grant of a
Premises Licence

We Deansbrook Garage Limited hereby give
notice that an application was made to
Buckinghamshire Council on the 11/12/2024 for
the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a
premises at: Stone Service Station, 39 Oxford
Road, Stone, Aylesbury, HP17 8PD from which
the following licensable activities are proposed.
Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the
premises 24 hours a day, and Late - Night
Refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to
Sunday. The full application may be inspected,
free of charge, at the offices of the council at
Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council,
The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury,
Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF or online at www.
buckinghamshire.gov.uk Any person wishing to
submit representations to my/our application must
give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address
shown above, giving in detail the grounds of
objection by 08/01/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
of an unlimited fine. 11/12/2024
