Application for a New Premises Licence

We Colin Grimes, Sarah Grimes and Hannah Chapman trading as Tanhurst Estate, of Birketts Farm, Tanhurst Lane, Holmbury St Mary, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6LZ, have submitted an application for a new premises licence to Mole Valley District Council, Licensing Team, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ. The record of the application may be inspected at this address during normal office hours or can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk.

The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities:- The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. Monday to Sunday: 8am - 11pm. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 13/01/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, or by emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
