What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS
PICADILLY LIMITED has applied to Chorley
Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of
premises known as White Bull Hotel, 135 Market
Street, Chorley, PR7 2SG. The proposed variation
has been submitted to request the extension of
licenced hours (AM ONLY) to allow the premises to
open from 09:00 daily. The application to vary, if
granted, will allow such licensable activities to take
place at the following times: Opening Hours,
Monday - Sunday:- 09:00 - 01:30. Sale of Alcohol,
Monday - Sunday:- 09:00 – 01:00. If you wish to
make any representations in connection with this
application, you must write to: The Licensing
Department, Chorley Council, Civic Offices, Union
Street, Chorley, PR7 1AR on or before 8th January
2024. The Council’s Licensing Register where a
record of this application may be inspected is kept
at the above address. The register may also be
viewed online at: www.Chorley.gov.uk. It is an
offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with this application, the
maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
