Notice of application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Athens & Santorini 2024 Ltd in respect of Santorini Restaurant, 1 - 2 Lower Temple Street, Birmingham, B2 4JD for a new premises licence. The proposed application is: To permit the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 10:00 to 06:00 on Mondays to Sundays. To provide late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 on Mondays to Sundays. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions. Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Any representation by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 10 January 2025, stating the grounds for the representation.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
