What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

On Thursday 12th December 2024, we C. GO ASIAN LTD applied for the grant of a Premises License at: C.GO ASIAN UNIT 6, MASSHOUSE PLAZA, MASSHOUSE, BIRMINGHAM, B5 5JE.

If granted the application will allow: SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL OFF THE PREMISES. Monday to Sunday from 06:00hrs to 00:00hrs. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on Thursday 9th January 2025. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
