Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a premises licence for The Six Gold Martlets, 49-51
Church Walk, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9BQ. The
application is to vary the premises as detailed below:- 1. To
extend the opening hours on Sunday to Thursday until
00:30 and on Fridays and Saturdays until 01:30. 2. To
extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to
Thursday until 00:00 and on Fridays and Saturdays until
01:00. 3. To extend the hours for Late Night Refreshment
on Sunday to Thursday until 00:30 and on Fridays and
Saturdays until 01:30. 4. To permit non-standard timings
as detailed in the application. To vary the wording of
Condition 13 of the Premises Licence as detailed in the
application. The postal address of the relevant licensing
authority is set out below and a record of the application
may be inspected there during normal office hours or at
www.midsussex.gov.uk at any time. A person who wishes
to make representations regarding this application must
give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Mid Sussex
District Council, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West
Sussex, RH16 1SS. Written representations must be
received no later than 1st January 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application which, upon conviction,
carries an unlimited fine.
