NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Durdu Mehmet
Efe has applied to Portsmouth City Council, for a
New Premises Licence at: Yaprak Restaurant,
First Floor, 24-25 The Boardwalk, Portsmouth,
PO6 4TP. To permit for the licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol on & off the premises
from: Sun-Thurs 10:00 - 23-00hrs Fri & Sat 10:00
- 00:00hrs. The sale of alcohol off the premises will
be with food deliveries only. The provision of late-
night refreshment, live music and recorded music:
Fri & Sat 23:00 - 00:00hrs.
Any person wishing to make representations
(which must relate to the licensing objectives) may
do so by writing to The Licensing Manager,
Licensing Service, Portsmouth City Council, Civic
Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hants PO1
2AL or by email to licensing@portsmouthcc.gov.uk
by no later than 31/12/2024. Representations
received after this date cannot be considered. A
copy of the application can be viewed at the
Licensing Office, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square,
Portsmouth, during normal office hours.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection
with an application and the maximum fine for which
a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
