LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I COLIN LAIDLAW of 5 CHOLSEY CLOSE UPTON have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: 35-37 EASTHAM VILLAGE ROAD Of EASTHAM VILLAGE, CH62 0BL for the following Licensable Activities: Nature of Licensable Activity Days and Hours Requested Sale by retail of Alcohol Recorded Music Sunday to Thursday 13:00 to 22:00 Friday and Saturday 13:00 to 23:00.

A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 01/01/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
