What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Grosvenor Casinos Limited in respect of premises known as Grosvenor Casino Seafront, 9 Grand Junction Road, Brighton, BN1 1PP, applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to allow the repositioning of a larger bar and the removal of the karaoke area to add a raised restaurant on the second floor only.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send by email to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or by post to Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 2 January 2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of the objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
